vAmong natural law and utilitarianism, it is very difficult to select one. I think both are having some positive characteristics. I think before claiming which one is better, we need to focus on the general definitions of the principles. Utilitarianism focuses on the utility of an action. If an action is beneficial to maximum people, the action can be termed as morally correct. Utilitarianism means the greatest well being which can be incorporated to the greatest number of people. It will be an ethically correct action if the greatest number of people is benefitted by this. It focuses more on the outcome of the action than the ethical correctness of the action.
