In this case, the parties involved are US Supreme Court and the public. The moral issue at stake in this case is whether or not computer-generated images of children would be considered child pornography. My position on this matter is yes computer-generated images of children is still child porn. However, I believe that the current laws in place does have a major loophole if it does not contain consideration for images that are not real children. Therefore, at this present time it would be impossible to prosecute anyone who is found viewing such horribly graphic images of such acts. In order to correct the current flaw in the current policy, the law would have to be amended to include images that were created to be child-like.
