It can be stated that most of the companies are multinational companies, which inspire and influence people across the world to join the global team. Cultural diversity is the trend on modern day workforce. People from different cultural and educational background is so common in the workplace. Diversity also drives innovation and creativity (Roodin & Mendelson, 2013). Therefore, the higher management also prefers workforce diversity for ultimate success if the company and to gain the competitive advantage in a proper manner.
