Q Who can Jan sue for the injuries that she received in that accident? Are there theories of recovery that Jan can assert that might make Bob liable? What facts would be necessary for Bob to be liable to Jan?
As of 2010, about 50 states and the District of Columbia perceive LLCs and have state resolutions that oversee the creation, the board and end of LLCs. Like organizations, LLCs are discrete legitimate substances that can sue and be sued. For the most part now, it very well may be seen that most organizations can be sued or considered in charge of two sorts of cases; these being a business that is observed to be indiscreet, which caused the mishap (Barber, 1970).
