In case of diversity, there can be specific aspects which can become detrimental to the development of innovation and creativity. These aspects are known as roadblocks. Some examples of roadblocks are biasness/prejudice, discrimination, judging of different individuals on the basis of social identities, stereotyping, etc. (Hitt et al., 2018).
