For my company’s culture, I would want to ingrain the core values of dedication to work, adherence to corporate ethics, adherence to personal ethics, professional commitment, honesty, mutual trust, humility, development of expertise in work, accountability, integrity, as well as passion. This is because I feel that it is important to adhere to a code of ethics for every employee of any company. Otherwise, there can be some employees trying to take advantage by being unethical. Humility is important to ensure that there can be service-minded mentality developed by every employee to assist each other.
