Q Assuming that you and your subordinates completed the Myers-Briggs test, or similar instrument, how could you use the results to improve your leadership skills?
I think that I would check initially about the feasibility of the test results after completing the Myers-Briggs test. Therefore, I would have to conduct a feasibility analysis to analyze the compatibility of my leadership style with the style/characteristics obtained from the test results. Thereafter, I would ensure that my subordinates would get to know about actual leadership style and the leadership style mentioned in the test results. I would provide the similarities and the differences between my actual leadership style and the style portrayed by the test results. In this way, I would encourage my subordinates to show me the differences and the similarities in their test results and their actual leadership styles.
