From a personal standpoint, I would state that arresting Mayo was completely a legal one just because the situation was within hands. Immediately after the police officer arrived at the scene it became quite evident that the level of crime committed is based on the facts of the victim. Mr. Scowen was completely deceased from the wounds of gunshot. A state of particular worry is whether an arrest could be considered as a sensible one is simply the time period going out before arresting the individual; wherein the policeman seems to perform without warrant (Van Duizend & Carter-Yamauchi, 1985).
