While talking about President Donald Trump I would like to mention that Donald Trump is a successful businessman first. So, we can expect some good leadership points about him. Even before he came in the political arena, he was a famous face in the business arena and the TV culture. I believe that the leadership style of Trump is the Authoritarian Leadership Style. This is evident in his decision making attitude. His actions and attitudes are definitely chaotic and aggressive at times. At some point I do that he is less democratic and he upholds the feudalist tradition of the founding fathers of America.
