Q Why are values important for organizations and their employees? As a senior manager, do you feel this is an important area of focus within your organization?
Values are the most effective set of rules which tells the whole world about the believes of the company, a set of the organization’s priorities and a guide to the current and future activities ("How Do Core Values Affect Employees?", 2021). Values are always relevant and inspiring. The employees need to understand how the values relate to their roles and the company’s success. Values are clearly communicated to the employees; it is not just verbally, but also through training, reward programs and other initiatives.
