Q Why would some of the “best practices” from the Pitney Bowes case not necessarily work in another organization? Be specific in your answer. Be sure that you answer conforms to the instructions in the course syllabus.
As a large company dedicated to diversity management since its beginning, Pitney Bowes maintains a myriad of “best practices”. While these have led the company to great success, not every organization would be able to implement and maintain these practices. For example, Pitney Bowes maintains its diversity through connections in their communities and involvement with organizations that promote diversity. Smaller organizations who are unable sponsor these organizations or form partnerships because of their size would not be able to implement this practice.
