Initially, the concept of downsizing is just to lay-off the working employees in an organization. Therefore, if any organization does not really follow any appropriate strategy, it woud surely throw impact upon the production scale of the company. Thus, it is for this reason why an appropriate planning is important particularly during lay-offs.
