The European Union’s Social Charter represents the Council of Treaty of Europe whose target is to ensure that there is no violation of any economic or social right of any human being (Griffith, 2020). This Charter can be considered to be like the European Convention on Human Rights (Griffith, 2020). This is because the political rights of individuals are concentrated by this Convention (Griffith, 2020). There are also civil rights of individuals concentrated by this Convention (Griffith, 2020).
