From my personal experience, I believe the Army values and appreciate each and every service member. The Army and or military itself is a one of a kind organization, from the time you initially enlist to the time you decide to retire. The Army is always trying to do what’s in the best interest of the individual and its Families whose serve. The Army is always thinking ahead, rather is preparing for a mission, developing a service member or assisting with retirement. Each one of those examples, require guidance and leadership which the Army provides for you.
