Chapter 11 – I learned from this chapter that there must be equity in decision-making and treatment shown in the workplace by leaders and managers to ensure that every follower can be motivated. There must also be the expectations of the employees fulfilled by companies so that they can work with more responsibility, motivation, and enthusiasm. There can be positive as well as negative reinforcement techniques used by organizations to make employees work effectively. This is because every employee might not get motivated in every situation of positive reinforcement or vice versa.
