There are many supporters of the voter ID requirement in America for the reason that they develop confidence in the election process. When selecting the next President showing an ID is a requirement that needs to be fulfilled. There is a constant threat of foreign interference at the time of elections and a voter ID helps to save the integrity of our electoral process. Russia’s repeated attempts to interfere in our election cannot be stopped completely but we can prevent them from violating the security of our ballots in our homeland (Adams, 2020). The Voter ID laws have three major functions. They keep a check on all kinds of errors. They prevent wrongdoing and they provide confidenc
