Q Reading Reflections and Definitions (15% of your grade) Peace studies involves multiple levels of engagement. Peace studies not only involves the learning process of the individual, but also the application of this newly acquired knowledge at a personal, communal and international level. Directions: Select any of the readings from the course to reflect upon and write a 250 word reflection and include five (5) new peace studies definitions and/or concepts encountered throughout the reading. 2020 was and is still continuing to be filled with crazy events, It will be a very historic year. From the start, I was filled with fear of a war starting when out of nowhere Kobe Bryant died and it shook the world but what was to come the months after was even more unexpected. This year landed on an election year of the united states and was a very important election. During the year we got to see riots and protest all around the country in the midst of a worldwide pandemic that shut countries down. The protest sparked after the killing of George Floyd under police custody brought a large wave of support for the suffering community.
