The very basic need for ethics is to answer questions like this as to why ethics really is important. Basically, there is so much that keeps on happening around us and all of it requires our attention or reaction to it, and the way we interact and react is based on how we look at it ethically or the lack of it. Every person has different perspective and opinion, and there needs to be a common ground for defining what actually is acceptable and what isn’t, and the line between them is basically the territory comprising of ethics.
