The multinational firms are often seen to hire the employees from different states and communities and it is done mainly to have a good impression among the consumers as well as the employees. Basically, the home country nationals are employed by the company at a high rate at present because the management thinks that they will easily understand the purpose of the form. These employees often reside from the location of the parent company. Home country nationals are much preferred but sometimes it is not possible to employ the workers from the home country of the main company (Sparrow, Vaiman, Schuler & Collings, 2018).
