I have prepared the speech and given my introduction in the questions on personal development and other aspects. In this introductory speech, I have noticed that I am now able to manage the speech well when the organization is concerned. The introduction to the conclusion has the potential challenges to cover. I have found that in some places, I have made major mistakes and that is the reason I have marked in the developing stage and better than the beginners. My purpose of the speech is clear and so is my language to address all these points.
