The course that effectively demonstrates these principles is ORLD 422: Managing Organizational Change. The assignment to be reviewed is the change initiative presentation and final paper. These final course assignments were team based. Our team selected the well-known organization of Amazon to propose an organizational change for. The then CEO of the company Jeff Bezos had just made headline news by joining a voyage launching into space. During a television interview he thanked his employees for providing the funding for his adventure. Immediately following that interview an increased number of negative employee reports came to light in the media.
