Normally a minor or partial breach is expected to take place when the non-breaching party of the contract is being held forward over an order for performance over the contractual obligations but only to accumulate certain damages especially for the ones they do owe. Like for example, if an homeowner recruits a contractor for installing some set of new windows in his or her home and mentions to set up wind resistant windows but the contractor does not do so, then there is ground that the homeowner can ask the contractor for the damages incurred (Kadi, 1995).
