Also, please see the sample scenario: Bullying and Lateral Violence in Nursing Initial Discussion Post For your initial post, craft a scenario focused on bullying and lateral violence; the scenario can be based on your own experience or that of a colleague. You do not have to write dialogue, but you should name your characters (please do not use real names) and provide relevant details such as the location of the incident (do not use the names of real hospitals or clinics) and its impact on the central character. You may want to clarify any dilemma or choice facing the central character in regards to the incident. Your initial post is due by Thursday at 11:59 PM ET.? Your responses are due by Sunday at 11:59 PM ET. Response to Classmates Respond to the scenarios crafted by at least two of your classmates. Address the following questions in your response: • How did the scenario make you feel? • What would you do in this situation if you were the central character? • Has a similar experience happened to you or a nursing colleague you know?
