The most noteworthy feedback which I received following the completion of the project was that the plan of the day-house was crystal clear and worked out well. A vision regarding the business type desired to be built should be held by the owner. The reasons explaining the firm’s existence should be held. All these were clearly planned and set prior to setting the new branch of daycare. The visions were communicated to the staffs. Role of theirs in making the vision reality was explained to them.
