Q Instructions For this assignment, you will work in groups, preassigned by me. You will be provided with a group discussion board for this assignment, which you can use for collaboration with your group. Organizations tend to work better in more static and less dynamic times. Internal or external factors may drive the need for change. Leadership or management deficiencies may lead to internal disequilibrium and drops in engagement, productivity, innovativeness, and culture. Changes to the economy, regulations, competition, suppliers and the workforce may also drive the need for change. When there becomes a misalignment between strategic goals and performance, some action is required to define symptoms and underlying problems. Consultants and clients must develop strategies and decide on tools to capture and analyze organizational data that will help present the underlying issue. In this activity, each group will develop a data collecting strategy and action plan that will help capture relevant information. Include relevant data descriptions, collection techniques, a timeline for actions, and persons responsible for each planning phase. Remember that interviews are also an important way to capture data and add insight to the information-gathering process. Work together in the group discussion space to compose a single presentation that will be submitted by one member of the team on behalf of the group. Formatting: • Your presentation should have about 7-10 slides, and be in MS PowerPoint, Google Slides, or Prezi. • Slides should include audio narration and speaker notes. • An estimated length of the presentation is about 10 minutes. • References are not required. If you use references, please format them in the most current APA format. • An abstract is not required. • Please refer to the rubric associated with this assignment for detailed guidance about expectations and grading. • One member of the group will submit the final presentation for grading. • Please submit your presentation here by 11:59 PM CT on Sunday. ________________________________________
