I don't have first-hand experience with quality initiatives, but I have read about them, which is I want to share here with you. Quality principles and tools created by Deming, Juran, Crosby, and others should be studied by anyone who seeks to execute quality programs. To comprehend Quality initiatives, one must first grasp the concept of Quality itself (Yeung, 2008). In Dr. Deming's definition of Quality, achieving or exceeding your customer's expectations and requirements is defined as constant communication between customers, front-line employees, and management.
