It is an expense in addition to the companies in order for the policy of reimbursement of the tuition to be undertaken for their employees. However, it can be suited at the same time through the percentage of skilled and smarter employees to be increased in the organization. The employees apart from this would be loyal and faithful towards the company and they will stick to it for a period that is longer. Reimbursement or assistance for the tuition is provided by the employer and happens to be a win-win situation for the place of work (Heitzman, 2019).
