Leadership is all about directing and influencing people to the successful goal achievement. An effective leader requires various special traits to use his power and ability for positive results and influence people. The statement, “Leaders are born, not made”, in my opinion does not hold much water, especially in today’s scenario, where the aspects of leadership are seeing extraordinary changes.
