By 1968, American society increasingly started to dwindle and the citizens of the country could surely feel that something was vehemently wrong with the society. People no longer could endure the never-ending violence that seemed to impact them and they looked for certain ways to make matters a little lighter and easy on the eyes (Class note: 1968 as a Turning Point).
