Physical fitness and indulgence in activities that aid physical fitness is an important part of our lives and the more conscious we are towards its well-being the better are the chances that we will lead a physically and mentally fit lifestyle. To aid our fitness various systems and functions of our body coordinate to create the necessary base for the body upon which our fitness depend and one such collaboration comes from the active role played by our circulatory and respiratory systems that ensure that there is a constant supply of oxygen to the muscles so that our body can endure through strength and stamina and support the activities and regimes that our body partakes in to give it the necessary fitness and health.
