In Islam, just war theory suggests specific kind of rulings, which prohibit the extreme use of force. Even there is a contradiction that just war theory can be applied if the killing of the combatants can be happened only if there is a legal notice of declaration of war. In today’s world, a few people is using the concept of holy war of Islam in the name of Jihad and to kill civilians in order to justify their actions within the religious tradition of Islam and its framework.
