Global organizations management has been a challenge for business for centuries. But the task nature is changing with economic activity shift accelerating from North America and Europe to markets in Latin America, Asia, and Africa. It has been suggested by the research of McKinsey Global Institute global growth of around 40% will be generated by over the coming 15 years by emerging-market cities that are midsize of about 400 in number.
