I think that there must be the complete allowance for every citizen to speak their minds and their hearts about any particular topic. Every citizen must be allowed to be stating explicitly what they feel about something or someone. Even if hate speeches are prepared and stated, they must be allowed. This is because an individual narrating a hate speech publicly will be hated by most other individuals and would never get the support of most individuals.
