False or Deceitful Advertising
Q Identify a recent example of a corporation accused of false or deceitful advertising. How did it justify the claims made in its ad? Do you agree or disagree with the claims? Explain.
In its advertisement, Nutella has claimed that it is made of several nutritional benefits and can be considered as an option for healthy breakfast for the kids. However, this claim is completely false as Nutella turns out to be completely different. Nutella actually has more than 11 grams of fat and 20 grams of sugar per serving, which is not at all healthy. Nutella misled its consumers with unhealthy ingredients. The ingredients that are mentioned in the product label are not true for Nutella.
