You are the Export Manager for a French wine company. You know that Australian and American wine producers are seen as more technologically advanced and better value. How can you compete?
In order to do successful marketing of a product, it is very important to have the right place for marketing. The place is one of Ps of marketing and an organization can either get benefits from this or get competitive disadvantages from the place. In the given scenario, there are competitive disadvantages due to the place as I am working with a French company whereas the other companies like American or Australians are ahead in terms of the latest, advanced technologies which are capable of better production. The main challenge here is to make other areas of the organization stronger to turn the disadvantages into advantages.
