Effective team leaders keep a firm vision of the future, develop a supportive climate in the team, and delegate the equal responsibilities between the team members. Team leaders have the certain qualities to establish the potential credibility before the team members and they know how to own the mistake and replace the same with the hard work and steady goals. They set the timeline of the assigned task and the team members follow the lead out of respect that is because of the credibility team leaders shown to their members. According to my personal experience, I can add that the right attitude of the team leaders work wonder to get the positive reaction from the team members and solve the situational crisis in the workplace.
