I chose the article titled “Doug McMillon President and CEO of Walmart” (“Doug McMillon - President and CEO, Walmart”, 2018). I think that that planning, formulating and organizing are important in business. However, the major part of business as per the article is to ensure implementation of the formulated, organized and planned business strategies. In case of Doug McMillon, there had been a set of CEO strategies which he had adopted and had become successful. There had been the maintenance of Corporate Social Responsibility by maintaining corporate and company accounts.
