In my life, I have experienced both the constructive and destructive conflict. I have experienced a constructive conflict with my best friend on deciding how to spend the Christmas of last year. I suggested a good plan, but she refused and came up with alternative suggestions that I couldn’t like at all. After several discussions, we failed to reach a particular outcome for spending the eve of Christmas. The conflict was thee as both of us tried to maintain our personal reasons. This is not for the first time that I experienced constructive conflict as it happens all of the time with me.
