What I want to do here is simple and informal. Let's share a bit and offer each other some support and encouragement. 1. Post a note that tells of one hardship and one coping mechanism you've faced/employed over the past few months. They don't have to be connected, but they could be. (Examples: I've been having trouble sleeping; I found a sleep podcast I love OR I've experienced a lot of loss in my family; I've been doing a lot of journaling to release emotions) 2. Post at least 1 reply to somebody. Try and reply to people who don't already have replies so that everyone gets responded to. After that, you can send as many replies as you feel like sending!
