There is also discretion utilized in utilization of resources by every delegated individual. There is commitment made by the discretion of the delegated individuals. In case of responsibility, there must be conscious efforts made to ensure that every delegated task is implemented in a way in which every delegated member can be satisfied. In case of accountability, every delegated subordinate team member must be answerable and answer honestly. This answer must be about the reason for which all delegated tasks to all subordinate team members have been completed with a particular outcome. The manager/leader/supervisor will be the individual to whom every delegated subordinate team member must be answerable.
