The first group I'm a part of is the servers group at my church. We get together every few months to help those in need. For instance, the most recent good deed we performed involved helping the homeless by going downtown and giving them some food. To come together and assist those in need is a very pleasant experience. Some of the task norms that we use in this church group that I am a part of are our first actively listening. We make sure that we all hear each other and respect each other’s ideas. We also use teamwork. As a group, we all take turns completing tasks. We do not put all the work on one person and we all help each other when we need to.
