One could learn to value money or one could learn to save it, but whatever path is chosen, the intention is to ensure that money earned is respected and not wasted in any way. The basic strategy to respect and save money is to put imaginary anchors on them, as doing so will ensure that there are limits which are not exceeded and in the meanwhile, money can be saved substantially. The author discusses that the market strategies and the target efforts of the sales pitch are focused on making customers believe that there are greater needs and it is they who set forth the anchors to create the limits for people, but that isn’t the real anchor.
