The waiting game is an integral part any customer experience. Before getting the final product or service a customer has to wait. Anyone gets bored and frustrated if they have to wait for a long time. Business owners must create a proper ambience so that the waiting period of the customers. If the experience is bad then there is a high chance of losing a customer. I would like to share an experience of waiting in a public clinic and a private clinic respectively. The Public clinic has the ambience which is not at all very pleasing, the waiting room, wash room and drinking water facility are all below expected standards.
