Cyber-crime or computer based crimes mainly involves a computer as well as network i.e the computer is being used for the commission of crime or it may be used in the form of criminal targets. Hence, in short cybercrime can be defined as violations that is being committed against individuals or may be groups of people who holds a criminal intention to harm the reputation of the victim or may cause any kind of physical or mental harm or loss to the victim either openly or incidentally utilizing modem telecommunication networks like for example, the internet, mobile phones ("United States v.
