Organizational socialization is the process which makes every new employee in an aviation become aware about the overall organizational culture prevalent and existing within the internal infrastructure of an aviation organization (Briody & Ferraro, 2013). It is important for every organizational member working in the aviation industry to assimilate into the work culture and the existing social norms, traditions and other elements of group dynamics as well as manners and etiquettes so that there are no problems or issues with multicultural communication in the future for the new employees.
