Obsessive leaders are required by organizations to ensure that there can be motivational drive for development of something creative or something not created by anyone in the past. The motivational drive, consistency and resilience obtained from the mindset of an obsessive leader can work effectively to make the minds of the followers to work like the mind of the leader (Shaw, 2020). This is because the creation of something new will always be frustrating for a leader with team members not having the mental resilience and physical strength to balance work and motivation simultaneously.
