After taking the quiz, I got to know that my preferred ethical style is more of care than justice. The score which I received was what I had expected. This is because I believe in more of forgiveness, love and mercy than being too strict towards doing tit for tat. Therefore, my focus is more on development of relationships to ensure that there is restorative justice provided to individuals if they make mistakes or become unethical at times.
