II. Physical i) Diabetes and liver-health problems are common in my family. Therefore, I will try to ensure that my diet is planned accordingly. ii) My diet must consist of fibrous foods like legumes, cereals, kidney-beans, bananas, papayas, etc. iii) There must be inclusion of probiotic foods like curd and cheese curd in my diet. iv) There must be the inclusion of regular physical exercise like aerobics, yoga, abdominal exercises, leg-rises, sit-ups, skipping, running/jogging, and meditation.
