Q Instructions For the remainder of the course, you will be working in teams to develop a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) campaign. Your CRM program should focus on engaging and/or building a stronger relationship with Cleary's student body. Campaign Minimum Requirements Your campaign should include the following information: Goals of the CRM campaign Define your audience, and establish a student persona Explain each step of the CRM process and how data will be used to identify your audience Explain your messaging for each step of the process Include at least one marketing sample piece, i.e., email message, social media post, etc. Summarize how your plan meets the goals of your campaign and strengthens the relationship Campaign Your campaign should include building students' engagement and relationship with Cleary University. Project Deliverables No paper is required. The group presentation will be conducted during the last week of class. Your final grade will be posted here. Presentation Requirements Presentation of 8-12 slides, including a title slide, conclusion slide, and a reference slide, if needed Include your name, group team members, course number, and the date on your title slide Presentation should be between 10 to 15 minutes in length.
