I have played the roles of change initiator and change implementer. This is because I had initiated the change of capturing screenshot of work done and sending the screenshot via email to the required manager/supervisor by an organizational member. The screenshot had been a proof for every task completed and for the identification of the task-completer. After my organization’s acceptance of my proposed change, I had implemented the change by instructing every organizational member to use the Snipping tool or save the captured screenshot as a PDF file.
